How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We usually ship within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed. After shipment, you will receive an email notification with the logistics tracking number.
How long does it take to ship?
Domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 3-7 working days; international orders are usually shipped within 7-21 working days depending on the region. The specific arrival time is subject to the actual update of the logistics company.
Can I return or exchange the goods?
If the goods you received have quality problems, do not match the size or do not match the order, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after signing. Please make sure that the goods are not worn, unwashed and the tags are intact.
