REFUND POLICY

The received product has obvious quality problems or is damaged
Wrong product, size or color does not match the order

- Application time limit
Customers must contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product to apply for a return or refund
Exceeding the deadline will not be accepted
- Return conditions
The product must be kept in its original state, unused, unwashed, stain-free, and with tags intact
Packaging is complete (including gifts, labels, etc.)
The order number and valid purchase receipt must be attached
- Situations where returns and exchanges are not supported
Because of subjective reasons such as personal dislike of color or style
Special price/clearance products, unless there is a quality problem
The product has been used or damaged by human beings
- Shipping fee description
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong delivery, we will bear the return shipping fee
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as inappropriate size), the shipping fee shall be borne by the customer
- Refund Processing
We will process the refund within 5-7 working days after receiving and accepting the returned goods
The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when placing the order
